The session will be broken into two parts. The first part will consist of six presentations on
the subjects indicated below. The moderator for the first session will be Howard Lotsof, President,
Dora Weiner Foundation. The second session will be a round table moderated by Allan Clear, Director
of the Harm Reduction Coalition who will accept questions from the audience and other sources and
direct them to the presenters for response.
